Leading a 5-person engineering team building a full-stack chit fund management ERP — covering the complete lifecycle from group formation and subscriber onboarding through auctions, settlements, disbursements, and legal tracking.
Architected on Laravel 12 / GCP / Kubernetes with MySQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, and Vue.js; deployed across multiple client environments (DNC, SKST, Jeevanmahendra).
Built a banking integration layer for UPI, IMPS/RTGS transfers, virtual account management, and WorldLine reconciliation — enabling automated settlement runs with minimal manual intervention.

SRS5 media server with origin + edge architecture; each edge adds ~300 viewer capacity with zero code changes — horizontal scaling by adding nodes.
Python/FastAPI auth service: stream key validation, one-time viewer tokens, automatic state recovery on restart, hard timeout enforcement, ghost stream detection, DVR-to-MP4 via ffmpeg, and S3 upload.
Deployed Coturn TURN server for ICE relay; hardened the stack with fd limits, UDP buffer tuning, Docker log rotation, container memory limits, and Nginx rate limiting.
